BLOOD CURSED
Humanoid Shibito
Humans that have been killed and infected in the red water. Bear the appearance of normal humans, save for the blood leaking from about every orifice of their bodies; eyes, mouths, ears… Most of these Shibito are quite old, and have been this way for many years, losing almost everything that once made them human. They babble few select phrases, like a broken record, and follow patterns of what they did when they were alive. For the most part. They are as ruthless as they are stupid. They are attracted to lights, such a flashlights, noises, and movement, and will investigate them rather thoroughly. They do pick up weapons, and if they make contact with a survivor they will immediately engage. Pick your fights carefully, as one Shibito may be close to another and your brawl will call others to your location.

Spider Shibito
Agile and quick, these deformed Shibito have the face and hands of a human, though their spine is popped up at an angle. They move on all fours, and are sometimes referred to by survivors as “crawlers.” They are capable of scaling walls and ceilings, however, are unable to open doors. They have the same senses as humanoid Shibito, however, their hearing is more advanced.

Insect Shibito
A Shibito with two large wings sprouting from their head, and a smaller pair from their eyes, unfortunately for you, they are able to fly and see. They still maintain the body of a humanoid Shibito, and keep the same traits, however, they have a habit of picking up survivors and dropping them from large heights.

Maggot Shibito
An extremely large and dangerous Shibito, doubling the size of a normal man, with human like legs and arms, but an extended torso like that of a fat worm, with a humanoid face emerging from the end. They also carry the same traits as the rest, though their awkward shape makes them a bit slow. But what they lack for in speed, they often make up for in strength. If a survivor it is pursing is out of reach, it will chuck items as big as street signs at them. It prefers to grab it’s victims and strangle / shake them to death, it's giggle similar to the laugh of a couple month old human infant.

Brain Shibito
As the name implies, the Brain Shibito controls other Shibito in the area, much like a hive of bees. They can appear in a variety of ways, some resembling normal human Shibito, but sprouting maggot-like appendages from their faces, some have the bodies of insects for faces, some have no face, appearing as a body hanging from a ceiling, vines in place of it’s neck to cling to the wall, or even as large mounds of grey flesh. Some are immobile, others will actually flee from survivors, and some will perform like regular Shibito and attack you. Most will stay dead for extended periods of time, taking all of their subordinates with them. However, some revive within seconds. For these kinds of Shibito, a wooden stake through the heart serves as a sure-fire way to keep them down. If the brain Shibito is quick to revive, it will not take down the others until you stake it through the chest.
