Karuwari, Irazu Valley Chruch
These were once the fields tended by farmers that once were abounding with food. The grass, now faded to a sickly beige, lays lifelessly against the earth, the trees all naked of their leaves. The large plot runs in a circles along the church atop the hill, peppered with small shrines. Divided into the East fields and West fields, A deep crevice down the middle of what was once a mighty river, now barely to an adult's knee. The church itself is fairly small, a capacity of perhaps fifty people at best, lined with tidy wooden benches sat before faded old scrolls that reads of the town's religious history.
